Verbena Place

Verbena Place is a Habitat for Humanity in Atlanta, Inc. / Green Street Properties Green Placemaking project. Totaling 15 acres, its traditional neighborhood design will feature both Habitat and for-profit single-family homes and townhouses, ensuring a healthy mixture of incomes and architecture. The entire development and all of the homes will be EarthCraft certified, and the community will focus on sustainable transportation and walkability, waste reduction and recycling, energy and water efficiency and land and water conservation.
