Glenwood Pool and Pool Flats

The Glenwood Park Pool Flats mixed-use project consists of 9 residential condominiums, an expansive clubhouse space and a 6-lane Junior Olympic pool. Green Street developed this award-winning project using EarthCraft construction and geothermal heating and cooling systems, which reduce the average energy usage by 50%. This project was recognized as the first geothermal multifamily project in Georgia.
