Green Street completed several LEED Gap Assessments for Warehouse Row, a 246,000 square feet mixed-use complex located in the heart of downtown Chattanooga. Warehouse Row contains office, retail and restaurant space in a series of 8 contiguous buildings. Its early 1900s construction has been beautifully preserved to retain the buildings’ historic character. With its new, upscale specialty boutiques, Warehouse Row is quickly becoming a shopping destination for Chattanoogans and visitors alike.
