Pacific Place II

Pacific Place II is a 16-story, 225,000 square foot building situated between the Union Square shopping district and the Yerba Buena district of downtown San Francisco. Green Street has completed a Phase I Feasibility Study for LEED-Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance, and has offered recommendations for improving energy efficiency and reducing water usage.
