A thriving retail destination for more than 50 years, Alameda South Shore Center is home to a variety of national retailers and restaurants. Jamestown Creative & Leasing started by listening to the community and re-naming the 594,000 square foot open-air shopping center’s name as Alameda South Shore Center to solidify the center’s connection with East Bay residents. A fresh identity and marketing campaign, lively social media campaigns and engaging on-site events are revitalizing the center and attracting a creative mix of new tenants.
